Michael Lahyani, a pioneer in innovation and technology, is the Founder & CEO of Property Finder Group. In 2005, he launched the first real estate classified in the Middle East, later spearheading its digital transformation into what is now Property Finder. Under his leadership, the company has grown exponentially, evolving into a culturally diverse team of over 600 professionals across its six countries of operations. Michael holds a Bachelor's degree and an MBA in Finance.

Anu leads the People and Culture agenda at Property Finder. With over 25 years of multi sector, multi geography work experience in devising and driving HR strategies in a range of companies, Anu's role is instrumental in ensuring that talent agenda is at the forefront of the company's overall strategy. Her deep expertise lies in Business Partnering, Business Transformation and Strategic HR.

Jamie O’Mahony is the driving force behind Property Finder’s financial strategy, powering its ambition to invest in the region’s growing tech ecosystem. A commercially driven CFO with a global perspective, he brings bold thinking and rigour to the role. Previously CFO at foodpanda in Singapore, he led financial operations across 11 high-growth markets. Jamie is a Chartered Accountant and holds an MBA from Cambridge.

Himanshu spearheads the development of cutting-edge tech solutions for our partners’ unique needs at  Property Finder. With over two decades of experience leading transformative initiatives for Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, LinkedIn and other global tech giants, his expertise spans strategic planning, product development and team leadership, underpinned by a deep commitment to customer satisfaction and technological advancement.

Sevgi leads the planning, development and execution of Property Finder’s marketing, branding and digital initiatives. As an award-winning global marketer, Sevgi is a digital evangelist with 15 years in FMCG, Fintech, and Entertainment. She has held leadership positions at brands like OSN, Mastercard and Unilever. Sevgi is an Insead Alumnus and holds B.S. Psychology from Bosphorus University.

Ozan leads Strategy & Transformation, Business Operations, Analytics, M&A, and Corporate Development at Property Finder. He brings over 14 years of global experience from eBay, McKinsey, and Facebook. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, an MS in Management Science & Engineering from Stanford, and a BS in Industrial & Systems Engineering from Yeditepe University in Istanbul. His focus is on driving value and evolving the company’s business model in the UAE.

Cherif oversees global sales and revenue strategy at Property Finder, aligning teams to scale growth and improve customer experience. With 27 years of experience at Cisco, Nortel, Brocade, and Infoblox, he has led commercial transformations across North America, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East. Cherif holds a Master’s in Computer Science and an MBA in Finance from The State University of New York at Buffalo. He brings deep expertise in leading high-impact commercial operations for global tech firms.

Zaid leads our legal compliance and corporate governance affairs. His seasoned executive leadership helped guide international law firms and leading multinational corporations in the Middle East, Africa, and Turkey. Zaid actively advises on issues like revenue generation strategies and data privacy. An alumnus of the University of Cape Town and Columbia Business School, he was featured in the Legal500 GC Powerlist.

Fernando Fanton is the Chief Product Officer at Property Finder, driving product strategy across the MENA region. He’s led product and tech at four major scaleups — Mendeley, Just Eat, Rappi, and Monzo — where he built high-velocity teams and helped reshape entire industries. A former Microsoft engineer, Fernando blends deep technical craft with a relentless focus on user experience and impact.
